Meet the Owners

How did this happen?

Owners Jennifer Hoyle and Lena DiGenti had been friends for years. Jen had spent the past several years running the daily operations for a local chimney company, while Lena’s career was focused on consulting, marketing and brand awareness. Because of their friendship and shared values, the obvious step was to combine their strengths and go into business together.

Co-owners, Lena and Jen value family, honesty, and hard work above all else. They saw an opportunity to have   a positive impact on the local community and bring awareness to an industry that many don’t understand and yet need the most. The shared desire was to help the community care for their homes with workers who have the knowledge and experience, and with owners who know first-hand the struggle of keeping up with home maintenance.

Lena and Jen’s passion for community involvement stems largely from working with children in foster care. Jen serves on the board at Prince Tech in Hartford helping to bring the next generation into the workforce and offering internships and on the job training through Caps and Dampers.

Both women reside in West Hartford and are proud moms.
